Workshop Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops. By registering for a workshop through the online form / phone / email / in-person, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following: 1. RESERVATION BY PAYMENT: Seats are reserved by payment only, and priority will be given to those who pay first.  In the event that the class is already fully booked by the time your payment is received, we will call you to discuss if you would like to (a) transfer to the next available workshop date; or (b) receive a 100% return of your fees.  2. NON-TRANSFERABLE: Once reserved, you are not allowed to transfer to another workshop or date. If you are unable to attend the class, you may ask a friend to attend on your behalf. 3. REFUND POLICY: If you are absent from class due to any reason, you may request a 50% refund within 30 days from the date of the class. Should the class be cancelled by us, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. 4. STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY:  While we endeavor to make the studio as safe as possible, you are also responsible for taking reasonable care of yourself and your belongings in class. We are not responsible for any accidents or injury arising in the course of the workshop, allergic reactions to ingredients used in our workshops, or damages or loss of your personal property. Any offer of help from us is made out of goodwill, and is not an admission of liability.  If you have food allergies or restrictions, please enquire about the ingredients before paying for a class. Due to the nature of a hands-on workshop, students will fully responsible for the outcomes on their products.  5. OTHERS: To be fair to other paying clients, the baking studio is meant only for workshop participants. We regret that there is no waiting area in the baking studio for accompanying children or adults. Our workshops are not suitable for children under 12 as we use hot ovens and sharp equipment for baking. We reserve the right to decline admission to individuals or groups that we deem unsuitable.  If payment has already been made, a refund will be given and no reasons will be provided.    6. PUNCTUALITY: Classes will start on time. Participants are kindly requested to arrive early or on time so as not to miss any part of the class. 7. PHOTOGRAPHY: In-class photography by Sugar Inc. staff is the property of Sugar Inc. and may be used for marketing and promotion of our classes. Photos will be used at our sole discretion.  If you wish to opt out from the photos, please inform us and we will respectfully accomodate.

Registration Form 

1. Fill up the registration form below, using your full name for certificate printing. If you are registering for more than one person, pls indicate their full names and contact numbers in the Remarks section.

2. On the Paypal page, use either your credit card or Paypal account to make payment securely online.

3. Check your email. You should receive a seat confirmation with the workshop venue and class details.
